Father, help me to forget about myself and look only to you. Help me hear your voice as I prepare for my next two recordings. I have no idea right now what I’m going to talk about, but it seems like I always know right before I record. So I pray that even now you’d begin to prepare my heart for the next one.
I will always help you my daughter!
Father, please show me more of your glory! I need to be revived! I do surrender to you Father, and if I’m holding back, then show me where I’m holding back.
My daughter, you are Mine. Rest, and I will lead you forward.
Reflection:
Happy Monday:) I don’t have a lot to write about today, but I do need to say that I’m so thankful that no matter where we’re at in our life, that God is as close to us as we want him to be. So very often we think that because he’s all powerful, that closeness with him is up to him, but it’s really when we draw near to him that he draws near to us; this is kindness and God is a gentleman. This week I’m determined to read! I’m going to go see my mom tomorrow, meet with my mentor on Wednesday, take my daughter Bella to a doctors appointment on Thursday, and go to a local hockey game on Friday where Bella’s jazz choir will be singing Oh Canada -so proud of her! If you think about it, please pray for me; it still feels like I need a spiritual breakthrough, even though the Lord has done so much work in my heart already. Making soup for supper tonight:) Changing the subject, I’d love to go on a missions trip one day! I’ve seen a lot of poverty in Brazil, their favelas, but it would be really good to go somewhere like Haiti 😎 -just a few of my thoughts:) Blessings to you!!!!
