I Am With You Always

Matthew 28:18-20 – The Great Commission

“Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

I love you Dad.

I love you My daughter. All is well with you; I delight in you.

Thank-you Lord. Father, do you have a word for me today?

Yes Caroline, I do; you are Mine. Rest.

Father, I am yours. Help me step into this new role I’m finding myself in. I have a sense about taking on a bit more.

My darling, come closer.

Father, I hear the word, “ready.” If its coming from you than I know I just be ready.

My faithful daughter, you are right, it is time.

Father, I very much want everything you’ve planned for me and for my life. Everything in this coming transition is of you. I welcome hardship first of all because it’s in your plan for me, and also because I know I’m never alone; I welcome the freedom that comes after every hardship; I welcome stepping up into your purpose for me Lord; I welcome you Jesus and I trust in your leadership and in your covering… I welcome all you have with me because I trust in your love.. Help me break free from keeping quiet; I am determined to follow you.

Welcome home my daughter; I am with you always.

Reflection:

Happy day after Valentine’s day… I couldn’t help to say it twice! Last Monday at Shopgym we did Power Snatches, and I increased the weight to 60lbs from 55; 5 more isn’t that much more but I’m also getting more confident:) This morning we worked up to 3X5 back squats for the weight component; I did 115lbs, and I was able to squat good low squats, so I’m happy about that! I had a dream last night that my kids and I had gotten into a submarine. From inside the submarine I looked up and could see that we had gone through a big round opening and were quickly trying to get away from a submarine who was trying to shoot us down. We were deep in the water already and I looked up and saw through the water a huge thick metal door sliding down, trying to shut before the other submarine could go through. The metal door was very big and round but had squarish pieces jutting out from the side, like how a child would draw round petals around the middle of a flower; this had square pieces that fit into the opening once it was shut. As I watched, the door was shutting but couldn’t quite shut all the way. Then I saw that the lower square parts of the door had bent and was damaged from the other submarine, which indicated that they would get through and bomb us to pieces. I thought to myself that of course, this one time that my kids and I came along, this is when it has to happen, and I thought for sure we’d all be dead very soon. Then the scene changed where the submarine had docked and my kids and I were let out of the submarine before it would go back into the water and face whatever it needed to face, so we were saved after all!! I had another dream where we were being chased, but I don’t really remember the details. Lucas also dreamt something about that. The Lord showed me in a dream a few nights ago that a tsunami was coming, so along with this dream I believe the Lord is preparing my heart for difficulty; but I know Jesus is always with us so we’ll be okay! This morning in the workout portion after back squats, there was an AMRAP (6 rounds of 2 min cycles with one min rest between rounds) of 5 pull-ups, 7 pushups, 12 wall balls; this was for those who could do strict pull-ups; I did 3 ring rows, 6 pushups, 9 wall balls. In two minutes I was able to do two rounds, so I did 12 rounds in total, so tiring but so good! Later when we were all done, I was so amazed because I found myself doing what I saw the lady in my dream doing two night ago; I was cleaning the med-ball with a lysol wipe. In my dream the lady was covering a ball with some kind of creamy substance. So I think the Lord is showing me that I need to keep working out in the years ahead because of the health benefits that come with it, adding years to my life. In my dream the ball was good for one year; I’ll know more as time goes by… My kiddos and I are doing a Bible reading challenge; Lucas is done midterms now so I’m hoping we’ll be reading a little quicker.. blessings.. ☕️
