My daughter, I will give you rest -I am near.
Dad, I sense you calling me deeper into knowing you. I remembered this morning that a little while ago you whispered into my heart to wake up. Please wake me up Father! I want to begin spending time with you for the purpose of soaking in your love and joy. This should always be the purpose but I’ve been so caught up with the “doing” part that this has become my focus. Wake me up Jesus -I need you so very much!
I love you Caroline! Do not dwell in the past. Look up into me and I will draw you close. You are mine.
Father, I need your mercy! Wash over me Lord! Help me grow in the child-like faith as I walk deeper into you so that I will be able to believe everything you say without doubt, and go and do what you’ve asked.
My faithful one, I am near to you this day. Prepare for the journey ahead, for I am near. I am your comfort and joy -you are mine.
