Jesus, thank-you for drawing me near to you. I have a fullness in my heart in the last little while that hasn’t been there before.. draw me nearer Jesus, closer, so that our intimacy will grow. I want to know you more.
My faithful daughter come, you’ve been invited. Soon we’ll sit at the banqueting table together.
Father, growing my intimacy with you is primary and is what I’m focusing on now, but I also have a sense that I still need to do a few more recordings; help me to always focus on you more than what I do for you.
I will help you (a gentle whisper of reassurance).
If I have this wrong, then I’m not going to worry about it because when you come is when you come.
Caroline I have something for you this morning. Be at rest in all you do. Be at rest -I am your covering and I love you completely. You don’t need to prove your worth. Be anxious for nothing -I’ve already got you. No one will harm you so just rest, knowing that I am very near to you. Do you believe me?
Yes Jesus, I believe you. I’m so thankful that you know my heart.. Thank-you for your assurance, it’s a huge comfort for me. Help me to keep my eyes on you the whole way of this last part of this particular journey together. I feel that I non’t need to try and figure things out anymore. A jet cannot fly with only one wing; it takes two, so help me finish what we started so that we can finally be able to fly into the next phase of our journey together.
I will help you my dear one. Come, lets begin!!
Reflection:
A few weeks ago right before I did my last recording I wasn’t sure if that one would be my last, and I’m thinking now that I need to do three more to come up to the four that stood out to me. I remember a short video clip I saw a while back about a jet that was taking off. A jet needs two wings to fly, so I need to finish my part in order to be able to take off; this will take me to 37… unless I need 38? This reminds me of a dream I had awhile back that Jesus and I were going to leave on a jet at 1:00, which was going to happen soon, so in order to do that I need to finish my part. Changing the subject, Fall has been my favourite season for the longest time. I love the cool fresh air, the beautiful leaves and the rustling sound they make when I walk through them. It reminds me of home -putting more wood in the stove and eating something freshly baked; but my most favourite time of the year is Christmas. Growing up it was always so fun, and since then there’ve been many Charistmas’ that have not met this high expectation, but I always have a sense of hope when it starts to come around again. Yesterday my kids and I watched the first, The Princess Switch. I know it’s a girls movie, but hey, I’m a girl and I loved it!! Planning to watch Love and Thunder on Friday! The Lord whispered the name, Jane, into my heart a few years ago when he touched me as I was sleeping, which made me spring up above my bed for a moment. I always wonder about that. The Lord has worked in my heart so much sense then, so I believe he’s been reviving my heart as he’s led me on the most amazing journey of my life!!!! Tomorrow school begins for my kids and I’ll be working on my next recording. Much love and blessings to you!!!
