Your Loving-Kindness

My Father, I don’t know what to say today, but my heart is open to hearing your voice, which I’m always so desperate to hear. Please draw near to me as I draw near to you.

Come my daughter and rest -I am near.

Dad, please give me a word or thought from you.

“I am near.”

Father, help me to remember your nearness. So often I forget because I’ve not put it in the front of my mind. Father, I don’t want to declare this over myself but I’m feeling so tired,

My faithful daughter rest, for you are mine. I love you with an everlasting love. Declare this over yourself today.

“My Dad loves me with an everlasting love.” Dad, when I declare this, I feel your life coming into my bones, into myself. I will be declaring this over me a lot today and every day. Thank you for your loving-kindness.

You’re welcome Caroline -you are mine.

Reflection:

The words of God really are alive and do give life when we speak them out and when we speak them over ourselves. I felt more energized after I declared over me that he loves me with an everlasting love. His banner over me is love. Right now I”m eating Oikos vanilla greek yogurt with chai seeds and blueberries -yummy! Changing the subject, sometimes I’m a bit embarrassed about what I’ve said or an explanation I didn’t say in a recording. I asked the Lord yesterday after my recording if what I said was true, and I heard or sensed affirmation, so I feel like I’m tiptoeing on the water, hoping it’ll all be okay. Next week is filled -band concert, then softball, then piano recital on Wednesday unless it rains, and then another softball game on Thursday. This is the month  of business -next month is a month I’m looking forward to, one with no daily schedules!!! Blessings and God’s love to you.
