Conversation with Jesus
My Father, thank-you for filling my heart and my life with you. You are the greatest desire of my heart. Help me take what I’ve learned as we’ve spent time together and speak about them. I worship you Lord and I’m so thankful for these treasures in my heart.
I love you my darling. All is well with you. Come, I have a word for you today -you are Mine.
Father, please tell me.

Yes Father, I am so thankful and I do rejoice in it. I lift up Your Holy Name; the name that is above every name.
My daughter, my faithful one, come, it is time to rest.
Okay Lord, I know I’m coming into a season or a time of rest. Thank-you Lord for who you are. Thank-you for your love; you are all to me.
Reflection:
This is my 390th post! Okay I had something today after the service that I don’t remember what its called but it was so good! It was vanilla ice cream with espresso poured overtop and caramel on top of that; to me it represents the iceberg melting -for so much of my life I’ve felt the need to protect myself, and in my journey with Jesus I’ve learned what love is. As a result I’ve been able to trust in him again and again and I found myself growing more in love with him each day.. I’ve learned that love preserves so I don’t need to be the one who preserves myself. So now I’m resting on green hills instead:) I wrote my conversation with the Lord before church this morning and I was amazed that in the service my pastor also talked about what I had said in my prayer about Jesus’ name being above all other names:) Also, after I had written my conversation I remembered why this verse stood out to me; this Bible verse was on a plaque my husband and I received as a wedding gift.
