Reflection
Good morning all ya’all:) I don’t have a lot to share with you today, but the Lord has been encouraging me all night last night. I woke up at 1:46 and then at 2:25 and also when I got up in the morning with these lyrics in my heart, “Come a little closer, stay a little longer mmm, I can’t get enough of you..” I feel a lightness in my heart and I feel God and Jesus’ love and care.. I would love to put my message together this morning and record it this afternoon, but in reality I think I’ll be ready to record it tomorrow. I ran my 4k yesterday in 27 min! I don’t wear a running watch anymore so I don’t count the seconds, I also don’t stop the timer on my phone when I make a quick stop for water. The last two times I only stopped once for water. A few weeks ago there was a water break at the CRRC building so the gym has been closed for activities; they have a bunch of dehumidifiers going. So when I go up on the track to run it’s mostly dark until I begin running. So I love that as I run my first lap, the lights turn on one section at a time -I’m running into the light!! This morning at the gym we did bench presses and then for the workout we ran 6X400meters with 1.5min rest in between. This afternoon Lucas’ high-school Jazz band is playing for the high school graduation. Blessings!!
